Product Description
Salbutamol is an adrenergic beta-agonists which is banned for use as feed additives. The anti-Salbutamol antibody is produced in rabbit using Salbutamol-KLH conjugates and affinity purified using Salbutamol-agarose. The antibody was proved to be useful for detection and quantization of Salbutamol in ELISA and gold colloid strip system.

Direct competitive ELISA for Salbutamol antibody HRP :
1) Immobilized antigen Salbutamol-BSA : 0.25 mg/mL,
2) Salbutamol antibody:  0.25 ug/mL
Sensitivity: IC50 = 0.5 ng/mL free Salbutamol
Linear range: 0.1 - 10 ng/mL
Note: This is not an optimized system. Customer has to optimize their own assay system.
