Product Description
Salbutamol is an adrenergic beta-agonists which is banned for use as feed additives. The anti-Salbutamol Antibody is produced in rabbit using Salbutamol-KLH conjugates and affinity purified using Salbutamol-agarose. The purified anti-salbutamol was conjugated to peroxidase (HRP). The antibody conjugates were proved to be useful for detection and quantization of Salbutamol in direct competitive ELISA.

Direct competitive ELISA for Salbutamol antibody HRP :
1)       Immobilized antigen Salbutamol-BSA : 0.25 mg/mL,
2)       Salbutamol antibody:  0.25 ug/mL
Sensitivity: IC50 = 0.5 ng/mL free Salbutamol
Linear range: 0.1 - 10 ng/mL
Note: This is not an optimized system. Customer has to optimize their own assay system.
