Product Description

Estradiol is covalently linked to HRP through acylation. Estradiol-labelled HRP could be utilized for direct competitive ELISA for the detection and quantization of Estradiol.

 

 
 
 

Direct ELISA titration of Estradiol-HRP (CN1056) using immobilized anti-Estradiol (3 µg/mL), OD50 titer for CN1056 is approximately 5 ng/mL.

Scientific Description

Estradiol is a steroid hormone involved in the female menstrual cycle, pregnancy (supports gestation) and embryogenesis of humans and other species. Estradiol belongs to class of hormones called progestogens, and is the major naturally occurring human progestogen.

 

Storage & Stability
Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, aliquot content and store product at –20ºC. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is three years from date of shipping if properly stored.
