Affinity purified rabbit human IgG antibodies are developed using purified human IgG as the immunogen. The antibodies are conjugated to horse radish peroxidase (HRP) and are useful for detection, identification, quantization, isolation and localization of human immunoglobulins.

Scientific Description
IgG is a monomeric immunoglobulin. It is built of two heavy chains ƴ and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites that bind with many pathogens including viruses, bacteria and fungi. It also assists in phagocytosis and neutralization of bacterial toxins.
Storage & Stability
Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at –20ºC. Expiration date is one years from date of shipping if properly stored.
