Product Description

NG-monomethyl Arginine (mMeR) peroxidase (HRP) conjugates were developed by covalently linking mMeR to HRP through reductive amination method. mMeR-labelled HRP could be captured specifically by anti-mMeR antibody (ICP0801), as well could be utilized for direct competitive ELISA for the detection and quantization of mMeR.

Direct competitive inhibition ELISA using immobilized anti-mMeR (1 µg/mL), and mMeR-labelled HRP (100 ng/mL), 50% inhibition occurred at approximately 20-40 ng/mL of free mMeR in non-optimized conditions.

Structure of the mMeR HRP Conjugate

0.5 mg/mL in peroxidase stabilizing buffer or lyophilized.

Reductive amination. mMeR/HRP molar ratio, approximately 3:1.
