Species: Rabbit
Formulation: 1 mg/mL antibody stored in PBS, pH 7, with 50% glycerol
Storage & Stability: Store product at –20 0C. One year from date of shipping.
Immunogen: Phosphothreonine-KLH conjugates and Phosvitin
Purification: The antibody was affinity purified with phosphothreonine on agarose followed by affinity adsorption with threonine on agarose.
Conjugation: Reductive amination with 2/1 molar ratio of HRP/Ab.
Specificity: The antibody is pan-specific against phosphothreonine, slightly cross-react to phosphoserine but does not cross-react with phosphotyrosine.
Application(s): ELISA (1:1000), western blot (1: 500)
Scientific Description: Threonine is one of the 20 naturally occurring amino acids. Kinases phosphorylate threonine to phosphothreonine which enters various biosynthetic pathways in the body.
