Product Description	This product is developed by conjugating aflatoxin B1(AFB1) to bovine serum albumin (BSA). It can be used as an immobilized antigen for AFB1 antibody detection in both ELISA and gold colloid strip test.	Structure of AFB1-BSA
Formulation	1 mg/mL in PBS with 50% glycerol, or lyophilized powder
Conjugation	Afaltoxin B1 methylcarboxyloxime linked to BSA via amine acylation. AFB1/BSA ratio: 4:1.
ELISA Titer	OD50 ELISA titer for AFB1-BSA is approximately 0.05 µg/mL
Applications	ELISA: suggested coating concentration: 0.5-2 µg/mL; Gold colloid strip: to be optimized by users
Storage & Stability	Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, store product at –20ºC. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if properly stored.
