| Product Description |
The monoclonal antibody is developed using aflatoxin B1 (AFB1)-BSA as immunogen and affinity purified with AFB1-agarose. The antibody is further conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) by reductive amination. The anti-AFB1 HRP conjugate can be utilized for detection and quantization of the food-borne mycotoxin AFB1.

 Direct competitive inhibition ELISA using immobilized AFB1-BSA (ICP1203) and anti-AFB1 HRP (100 ng/mL), 50% inhibition occurred at 0.5 ng/mL of free AFB1 in non-optimized conditions.
