This antibody is developed from rabbit immunized with aflatoxin M1 (AFM1)-BSA conjugates and affinity purified with AFM1-agarose. The antibody can be utilized for detection, quantification and affinity enrichment of the food-borne mycotoxin AFM1.

Direct competitive inhibition ELISA using immobilized anti-AFM1 (ICP1798, 0.2 u) and AFM1-HRP (ICP1788). 50% inhibition occurred at 0.5-1 ng/mL of free AFM1 in a non-optimized condition. |
