Product Description

This antibody is developed from goat using Aflatoxin B1(AFB1)-BSA conjugate and affinity purified with AFB1-specific affinity chromatography. The antibody can be utilized for detection, quantification and affinity clean-up/enrichment of mycotoxin AFB1 in analytical samples.

Indirect competitive inhibition ELISA using immobilized AFB1-BSA (ICP1203) and anti-AFB1 (100 ng/mL), 50% inhibition occurred at 0.7 ng/mL of free AFB1 in non-optimized conditions.
