Product Description

The aflatoxin B1-carboxymethyloxime (AFB1-CMO) is conjugated with biotin.  It can be used as a biotin-labeled antigen for anti-aflatoxin antibodies (ICP1204 and ICP1205) in ELISA tests.

Coating antibody: Mouse anti-AFB1 Antibody    (ICP1204), 2 μg/mL

Antigen: AFB1-CMO-Biotin 

Detection antibody: anti-Biotin Antibody, HRP      (ICP0612), 0.25 μg/mL

Formulation

200 mL in methanol (approximately 500 mg/mL)

 

Conjugation

AFB1-CMO is linked to biotin via amine acylation. The conjugate is purified with preparative HPLC.

AFB1: biotin molar ratio = 1:1

 

ELISA Titer

OD50 concentration for AFB1-CMO-Biotin is approximately 1:2,000,000 in microplates immobilized with 2 μg/mL of monoclonal Mouse anti-AFB1 Antibody (ICP1204). 

 

Applications

ELISA: suggested concentration, 1/100,000-1/200,000 dilution

 

Storage & Stability

Product is stable for at least 30 days at room temperatures. For extended storage, aliquot and store at –20ºC. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if properly stored.
