Product Description

The aflatoxin B1-carboxymethyloxime (AFB1-CMO) is conjugated with biotin.  It can be used as a biotin-labeled antigen for anti-aflatoxin antibodies (ICP1204 and ICP1205) in ELISA tests.

Structure of the AFB1-CMO-Biotin

ELISA test of AFB1-CMO-Biotin

Coating antibody: Mouse anti-AFB1 Antibody    (ICP1204), 2 μg/mL

Antigen: AFB1-CMO-Biotin

Detection antibody: anti-Biotin Antibody, HRP      (ICP0612), 0.25 μg/mL

200 mL in methanol (approximately 500 mg/mL)

AFB1-CMO is linked to biotin via amine acylation. The conjugate is purified with preparative HPLC.

AFB1: biotin molar ratio = 1:1

OD50 concentration for AFB1-CMO-Biotin is approximately 1:2,000,000 in microplates immobilized with 2 μg/mL of monoclonal Mouse anti-AFB1 Antibody (ICP1204).

ELISA: suggested concentration, 1/100,000-1/200,000 dilution
