Product Description

The Ochratoxin A (OA) is linked to Bovine serum albumin (BSA) via amine acylation. It can be used as an immunogen, or an antigen paired with the anti-OA Antibody (ICP9948) in both ELISA and gold colloid strip tests.

Formulation

Conjugation

OA is linked to BSA via amine acylation.

OA/BSA ratio=  5-10:1 

 

ELISA Titer

OD50 concentration for immobilization of Ochratoxin A BSA in ELISA tests is approximately 0.05 μg/mL.

 

Applications

ELISA, coating concentration: 0.1-0.5 µg/mL

Gold colloid: to be optimized by users

 

Storage & Stability

Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, aliquot and store product at –20ºC. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if properly stored.
