Catalog # Pack Size Price(USD)
ICP0751 100 μg $295.00

Quantity:

Product Description
The antibody is developed using hemagglutinin (HA) peptide (sequence: YPYDVPDYA) conjugated KLH as immunogen, and affinity-purified with the HA peptide-agarose. The purified antibody is conjugated to horse radish peroxidase (HRP) through reductive amination. The product is useful for detection, isolation and localization of the HA-tag proteins.

Western blot analysis of cells expressing HA-tag protein (50 kDa) with anti-HA antibody, HRP (ICP0751).   1:  Marker.        2: 25  µL cell lysate.  3: 15  µL cell lysate .  4: 5 µL cell lysate. 5: 2 µL cell lysate.
