His-tag Antibody, HRP
|
Product Description |
The antibody is developed using polyhistidine peptide (HHHHHH)-KLH conjugate, and affinity-purified with HHHHHH peptide-agarose. The purified antibody is conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The product is useful for detection and localization of His-tag proteins. |
Western-blot of cell lysate with His-tag antibody HRP (ICP0851). The His-tag protein (50 kDa) in the cell lysate was enriched by IP with anti-His-tag Agarose (ICP1310). 1: Molecular marker 2: 10 µL of original cell lysate 3: 10 µL of cell lysate after IP 4: 10 µL of enriched His-tag protein
Immunohistochemistry analysis of intact CHO cells (A) and CHO cells expressing a Hig-tag protein (B)
The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes, followed by incubation with 5 ug/mL of His-tag Antibody, HRP (ICP0851) for 1 hour at room temperature. |
